JACK ‘N JILL CRUNCH FOR GOAL CONTEST (01 MAY TO 30 JUNE 2026)

The following Terms and Conditions govern the participation of Jack ‘n Jill Crunch for Goal Contest (“Contest”) which is organised by Munchworld Marketing Sdn Bhd (Company No. 199001009927) (“Organiser”).

By entering the Contest, all participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and that they agree to abide by them. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1. This contest is opened to all Malaysian citizens with a Malaysia contact number (country code +60), aged 18 years and above. It also includes residents, work permit holders, and valid Malaysia pass holders who are over 18 years old and reside in Malaysia (“Participant”).

1.2. Persons ineligible and excluded from this Contest are: (a) Employees of the Organiser, and/or their respective advertising, fulfilment, promotion agencies, partners, distributors, companies or participating businesses associated with this Contest; (b) Affiliates and subsidiaries and the immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) of each of (a) and (b), and (c) Persons who are prohibited under the laws of their country of citizenship, residency or domicile to participate in any games of chance and/or skill, or this Contest.

1.3. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who does not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of this Contest or if the Organiser is of the view that the Participant fails to meet any of the Organiser’s participation criteria.

2. CONTEST INFORMATION

2.1. This Contest starts from 01 May 2026 at 00:00hrs to 30 June 2026 at 23:59hrs (“Contest Period”). Entries received outside of this Contest Period will be disqualified.

2.2. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, extend, suspend, or terminate the Contest at its sole discretion or if it does not receive sufficient numbers of eligible entries or if the Contest is not capable of being continued for whatever reasons. Such termination or suspension shall not give rise to any claim by the Participant.

3. CONTEST MECHANICS

3.1. Before understanding the Contest mechanics, Participant(s) are advised to be aware on the implications of the nature of this Contest whereby the Organiser will not be responsible for any risks that might occur upon executing the Contest. Participant shall bear all risks taken and its best advised to be mindful of the unforeseen circumstances.

3.2. The Contest mechanics are as below (“Contest Mechanism”):

Step 1 Purchase any of Jack ‘n Jill or Oat Krunch snack products including Roller Coaster Tomato 60g/100g (“Participating Product”) worth RM5 and above from any participating stores that carries the Participating Products, and which displays the Promo’s point of sales material within Malaysia (“Participating Store”) in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) within the Contest Period. You are advised to keep all your receipt as proof of purchase.

Step 2 Scan the QR code printed on Promo Point of Sale Material.

Step 3 Participant would then be directed to a landing page where Participants are required to provide (among others) their full names, contact number, email address, state of residence and submit the photo of Proof of Purchase (“Entry”).

3.3. Only purchases with receipts from Participating Stores are accepted as valid Proof of Purchase.

3.4. Multiple entries are permitted. However, each Entry must be supported by a different Proof of Purchase (i.e. a Proof of Purchase is valid for one (1) Entry only).

4. CONTEST PRIZES

4.1. The prizes for the Contest are listed in the table below (“Prizes”):

Note: 

  1. All Entries will be eligible for a chance to win the Grand Prize.
  2. Only Entries which are supported by a Proof of Purchase from a Lotus’s outlet will be eligible for a chance to win the Exclusive Prize A and B.
  3. All other Entries that are not supported by Proof of Purchase from Lotus’s outlet and not reside in Sabah or Sarawak will be eligible for a chance to win the Consolation Prize A.
  4. All other Entries that are not supported by Proof of Purchase from Lotus’s outlet and reside in Sabah or Sarawak will only be eligible for a chance to win the Consolation Prize B. 

4.2. The total number and type of Prizes that will be awarded in this Contest will not exceed those as stated in paragraph 4.1. By participating in this Contest, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that in no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded.

4.3. Final prizes are awarded “as is” and are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable and are accepted by the Participant without warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied. All decisions made are final, and no correspondence, appeal, or questions, will be entertained. Where requested by the Organiser, the Participant shall execute a deed of release and indemnity in a form prescribed by the Organiser.

4.4. The Organiser does not guarantee the availability of the prize, and the Organiser has the sole and absolute discretion to replace and/or substitute such prize(s) with any other prize of similar value as determined by the Organiser, its agents, or sponsors.

4.5. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective sponsors and third-party vendors, if any.  The Promoter is not liable for these conditions and the use of the Prizes.

4.6. The Promoter shall not be liable for warranties, maintenance, taxes or any additional costs associated with the Prizes.  Prizes will be awarded in Malaysia only.

5. WINNERS SELECTION

5.1. A total of one hundred and thirty three (133) winners for the Contest will be selected from the qualified entries received within Contest Period, using a computerised randomiser.

5.2. Each Participant (identified by their unique Email or Mobile Number) is entitled to win only one (1) Prize throughout the entire Contest Period.

5.3. The Winners will be notified either through email, WhatsApp text, or phone call with details of how to claim their Prize. Winners must produce the original Proof of Purchase for Prize collection and a valid Malaysia delivery address once Proof of Purchase has been validated.

5.4. Where a Winner is unable to be contacted or where a Winner is subsequently found to be ineligible or disqualified, for any reason whatsoever, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Winner with an alternative winner.

5.5. The list of winners will be announced by 20 July 2026 via WhatsApp/Social Media platform.

5.6. The Organiser reserves the right to change the winner announcement date.

5.7. Winners will be determined by the Organiser upon filtering entries that fully complies to the Terms and Conditions. The Organiser’s decision on the winners list is final. No further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

6. DISQUALIFICATION

6.1. The Organiser reserves the right to ascertain if the Participant is a legitimate entrant. If Participant is found to have breached the Terms and Conditions, the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify the Participant and his/her entries, and the next best Participant will be selected.

6.2. The Organiser reserves the right to invalidate and disqualify winning entries, regardless of announcement to the public, for failure to follow and/or conform to any of the provisions in this Terms and Conditions.

6.3. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participation with incomplete/illegible/manipulated Proof of Purchase without prior notice.

7. ORGANISER’S RIGHTS

7.1. The Organiser reserves the sole right and discretion to delete, remove, not consider or reject any entries that is deemed by it to be improper or offensive in whatever nature.

7.2. By participating in this Contest, the Participant(s) agrees that the Organiser may publish or display materials or information, including but not limited to the names and photos of all Participants or the stories submitted in the entries for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner as deemed appropriate by the Organiser. The Organiser further reserves the right to use any personal data of Participant(s) in any manner and/or for any purpose as deemed fit by the Organiser and the Participant(s) are deemed to consent to such use by participating in the Contest with no monetary payment whatsoever.

7.3. The Organiser or its agents are not responsible or liable for (i) lost, late, or incomplete submissions, which will be disqualified; or (ii) for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to, electronic malfunction of any network, hardware or software; or (iii) for any error, human, technical or otherwise.

7.4. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, each submission with proof of purchase is eligible to be selected as the winning submission and may be used for publicity, marketing and advertising purposes worldwide without limitation in any manner whatsoever and in any part of the world as The Organiser shall in its sole discretion deem fit.

7.5. The Participant takes part in this Contest entirely at his/her own risk. The Organiser will not be liable to the Participant for any loss, mishap, injury, damage or accidents to any persons or property whatsoever and any claims, damages or losses thereto arising from their participation or non-participation in the Contest and/or redemption of the prize(s). Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, levies or charges payable, if any, in respect to any prizes awarded to them. The Participant shall assume full liability in the case of any mishap, injury, damage or accidents to any persons or property whatsoever and any claims, damages or losses thereto arising from his/her participation in the Contest and/or redemption of the prize(s).

7.6. The Contest has no affiliation to Facebook and / Instagram, nor is it sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook and / Instagram. The sole organiser of the Contest and recipient of all information provided by the Participant in relation to the Contest is the Organiser. Facebook and / or Instagram is indemnified against all liability in connection with the Contest.

7.7. The Terms and Conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions, or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Contest. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other languages version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall always prevail.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

8.1. General

8.1.1. The Organiser respects the privacy of every individual who visits The Organiser’s digital platforms or responds to The Organiser’s interactive advertisements. This Privacy Statement outlines the information The Organiser will collect and use that information. This Statement will also instruct the Participant on what to do if the Participant do not want their personal information collected or shared when they visit The Organiser’s sites or respond to The Organiser’s advertisements.

8.2. Personally Identifiable Information

8.2.1. The Organiser will not collect any personally identifiable information about the Participant (that is, the Participant’s name, address, telephone number, or email address) unless the Participant provides it to The Organiser voluntarily. Any personal information, including without limitation, the participant’s name, NRIC no., age, address (including postcode), telephone number and/or email address will be collected, stored, used and disclosed strictly in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the ACT”) and therefore, solely in connection with this Campaign and for any purpose for which the participant specifically opts in and will not be disclosed to any third party (other than the Organiser’s parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, directors, employees, contractors and agents assisting in conducting the Campaign) except for the purpose of delivering the prizes in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein.

8.2.2. If the Participant do not want their personally identifiable information collected, they should not submit it to The Organiser. If the information has been submitted and the Participant would like for The Organiser to change or remove it from The Organiser’s records, the Participant may request by writing to The Organiser via postal to Munchworld Marketing Sdn Bhd, Centro Building, 23rd Floor, 8, Jalan Batu Tiga Lama, 41300 Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. The Organiser will use reasonable efforts to delete the Participant’s information from the existing files.

8.2.3. When the Participant provides The Organiser with personally identifiable information, The Organiser may use that information in the following ways, unless stated otherwise: The Organiser may store and process that information to better understand the Participant’s needs and how The Organiser can improve their products and services; The Organiser may use that information to contact the Participant; and The Organiser may provide that information to third parties.

8.3. Children

8.3.1. The Organiser has no intention of collecting any personally identifiable information (that is, name, address, telephone number, or email address) from individuals under eighteen years of age. Where appropriate, The Organiser will specifically instruct children not to submit such information on The Organiser’s sites or advertisements. If a child has provided personally identifiable information to The Organiser, a parent or guardian of that child should contact The Organiser at the email address or phone number listed at the bottom of this Statement if they would like this information deleted from The Organiser’s records. The Organiser will use reasonable efforts to delete the child’s information from existing files.

8.4. Non-Personally Identifiable Information Collected Automatically

8.4.1. In some cases, The Organiser may collect information about the Participant that is not personally identifiable. Examples of this type of information include the type of Internet Browser the Participant is using, the type of computer operating system the Participant is using, and the domain name of the site from which the Participant linked to The Organiser’s site or advertisement.

8.5. Information We May Place Automatically on Your Computer’s Hard Drive

8.5.1. When the Participant view one of The Organiser’s sites or advertisements, The Organiser may store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a “Cookie” or similar file and will help The Organiser in many ways. For example, Cookies allow The Organiser to tailor a site or advertisement to better match the Participant’s interests and preferences. With most Internet Browsers, the Participant can erase Cookies from his or her computer hard drive, block all Cookies, or receive a warning before a Cookie is stored. The Participant should refer to the Browser instructions or help screen to learn more about these functions.

8.6. Who to Contact

8.6.1. If the Participant have submitted personally identifiable information through The Organiser’s site or interactive advertisement, and would like that information deleted from their records, please write a request through post to Munchworld Marketing Sdn Bhd, Centro Building, 23rd Floor, 8, Jalan Batu Tiga Lama, 41300 Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. The Organiser will use reasonable efforts to delete this information from existing files.
